1. 适用范围

本政策适用于我们以 TRAVEL LOCATE / fieldgogo.com 名义向用户提供的全部功能，包括但不限于：

• 国际路线规划（基于 Google 地图及相关服务）；
• 国内路线规划（基于高德地图及相关服务，可在应用内与国际规划切换）；
• 小队分配、多人协作与组队房间；
• 拜访列表、电话确认、状态记录、拍照打卡、路线优化与导出；
• 账号注册与登录、访客模式、意见反馈、应用版本更新提示等。

本政策不适用于第三方独立向您提供的网站、应用或服务（例如您跳转打开的 Google Maps、Waze、高德地图客户端等）；该等服务由第三方按其自身隐私政策处理信息。

2. 我们收集的信息

我们仅出于提供与改进本服务、保障安全与合规之目的，收集下列类别信息。具体收集范围取决于您使用的功能及授权情况。

2.1 您主动提供或账号相关的信息

• 账号与身份信息：当您注册或登录时，可能包括显示名称、用户名、电子邮箱、手机号码、密码（以哈希等安全方式存储，我们无法还原明文密码）、以及通过 Google 登录取得的标识与基本资料（以您在 Google 授权范围为限）。
• 手机验证码注册与登录：当您使用手机号注册或验证码登录时，我们会收集并处理您的手机号码；通过阿里云短信（Alibaba Cloud SMS）向您发送一次性验证码（OTP），用于身份验证与账号安全。验证码短信仅用于登录/注册验证，不用于营销推广。同一号码发送频率受限：两次请求间隔至少 60 秒，10 分钟内最多 5 次。验证码通常在约 5 分钟内有效。注册时您需勾选同意《用户协议》与《隐私政策》。
• 访客模式：在未登录情况下，我们可能使用会话标识（如 Cookie / 访客会话）保存您的规划与拜访列表；登录后可能将访客数据合并至您的账号。
• 协作相关信息：队名、队长姓名、邀请码、所属小队、队员显示名称、协作房间状态与进度相关信息。
• 业务内容数据：您创建或导入的拜访列表、店铺名称与地址、电话、备注、确认状态、跟进记录、导出与分享相关操作所涉及的内容。
• 意见反馈：您提交的反馈文字、联系方式（如有）及其他您自愿提供的内容。
• 通讯：您通过隐私邮箱或其他公布渠道与我们联系时提供的信息。

2.2 位置信息

• 在您授权的前提下，我们可能收集精确或粗略位置信息，用于：填充搜索起点/中心点、周边或沿途搜索、打卡时记录到店坐标、导航相关辅助等。
• 我们不会在您未使用相关功能时于后台持续追踪您的位置。位置能力主要用于您主动使用相关功能期间（「使用时」定位）。
• 您可在设备系统设置中关闭定位权限；关闭后部分功能可能无法正常使用。

2.3 照片与媒体

• 当您使用「拍照打卡」功能时，我们会收集您拍摄或选择并上传的图片，以及打卡时间；在您授权定位时，还可能一并保存打卡时的地理位置。
• 照片上传至我们的服务器，用于拜访凭证、团队进度查看与业务管理。
• 单张照片有大小限制（当前为不超过约 8MB）。应用内支持「重新打卡」以上传新照片并替换列表中展示的打卡照片；当前版本不提供用户自行永久删除打卡照片的独立功能。如需删除，请通过本政策载明的隐私邮箱提出申请。
• 保存期限：系统未设置固定的自动过期删除天数。在您成功申请删除、账号按流程注销/删除，或我们基于合法原因清理之前，相关照片及记录可能持续保存在服务器上。重新打卡后，应用内展示将更新为新照片；历史文件是否立即从存储介质清除取决于当时的技术实现与运维策略。

2.4 设备、日志与技术信息

• 设备类型、操作系统、浏览器或 WebView 信息、应用版本、语言与时区；
• IP 地址、访问时间、请求路径、崩溃或错误日志、性能与安全相关日志；
• Cookie、本地存储、会话标识等用于维持登录态、访客会话、偏好设置的数据。

我们当前未接入独立的第三方用户行为统计/广告分析 SDK（例如友盟、Firebase Analytics 等）。若未来接入，我们将更新本政策并依法另行说明或征得同意。

2.5 地图与搜索相关数据

当您使用国际或国内规划时，您输入的起终点、关键词、搜索半径、选中的兴趣点（POI）信息等会为完成搜索、路线计算与展示而被处理，并可能传输至相应的地图服务提供商（见第 4 节）。

3. 我们如何使用信息

我们在下列目的范围内使用收集的信息：

1. 提供、运营、维护与改进本服务（含路线规划、分配、协作、拜访执行、进度复盘、导出等）；
2. 创建与管理账号、身份验证、会话维持、访客数据合并；
3. 实现拍照打卡、状态管理、团队权限与进度展示；
4. 客户支持、响应隐私与数据请求、处理投诉与争议；
5. 保障安全与欺诈防范、排查故障、审计与安全事件响应；
6. 履行法律法规、监管要求或司法/行政机关的合法要求；
7. 在适用法律允许的范围内，进行汇总或去标识化分析以改进产品；
8. 就服务变更、安全事项或与政策相关的重要通知与您沟通（如有）。

我们不会将您的个人信息出售给第三方。

4. 信息的共享、委托处理与第三方服务

我们仅在以下情形共享或委托处理个人信息：

4.1 服务所必需的第三方

第三方将按其隐私政策处理信息。请您同时查阅 Google、高德、阿里云、Yelp 等公布的隐私条款。

4.2 协作场景下的共享

当您参与小队协作或组队房间时，您的显示名称、所属小队、分配结果、拜访进度、打卡与状态等信息可能对同一协作空间内的队长或其他授权成员可见，以便完成团队外勤协作。

4.3 法律与安全

在法律法规要求、诉讼争议、保护本公司或用户或公众的权利、财产与安全所必要的情况下，我们可能披露相关信息。

4.4 业务变更

如发生合并、收购、资产转让等，个人信息可能作为交易的一部分依法转移；我们将要求受让方继续受本政策约束或重新征得您的同意（如法律要求）。

5. 跨境传输与存储地点

• 本服务的应用服务器与业务数据存储位于中国香港。
• 运营主体注册于中国大陆（泉州）。因您使用 Google 等国际服务，相关请求可能被处理或存储于香港以外的国家或地区。
• 我们将在适用法律框架下采取合理措施保护跨境传输中的个人信息。

6. 保留期限

我们在实现本政策所述目的所必要的期限内保留个人信息，具体考虑：业务需要、账号存续、争议处理、法律义务与安全要求。

• 账号与拜访业务数据：在账号存续及您使用服务期间保留；删除账号或您提出合法删除请求并核实后，我们将在合理期限内删除或匿名化，法律要求继续保留的除外。
• 打卡照片：无预设自动过期天数；处理方式见第 2.3 节。
• 验证码与安全日志：验证码记录通常在验证完成或过期（约 5 分钟）后于较短期限内删除或归档；发送频率限制相关日志用于防滥用与安全审计，保留时间通常不超过业务必要期限。
• 手机号码：与您的账号绑定，在账号存续期间保留；注销或删除账号后，我们将在合理期限内删除或匿名化，法律要求继续保留的除外。
• 协作房间：协作邀请/房间可能设有有效期（例如约 24 小时），过期后相关协作状态可能不可用；已导入的拜访列表数据仍按业务数据规则保留。

7. 您的权利

在适用法律允许的范围内，您有权：

• 访问、更正您的账号与部分业务信息；
• 撤回同意（例如在系统设置中关闭定位、相机权限）；撤回后可能无法使用对应功能；
• 请求删除个人信息或注销账号；
• 在符合法律的前提下获取个人信息副本或限制处理；
• 就个人信息处理投诉或咨询。

当前产品能力说明：

• 注销账号：登录后进入「系统设置 / 账号设置」，在「危险操作」中选择「注销账号」，按提示输入「注销」并通过密码或绑定手机验证码验证身份后，可永久删除账号及关联拜访数据、登录绑定（含 Google）。注销后使用同一 Google 或手机号再次登录将创建全新账号，旧数据无法恢复。
• 单独删除打卡照片：应用内可能尚无独立入口；您可在注销账号时一并删除，或发送邮件至 aetgearofficial@gmail.com 申请处理。
• 无法使用 App 内注销时，请发送邮件至 aetgearofficial@gmail.com，注明 App 名称、账号标识及具体请求；我们将在核实身份后于合理期限内处理。

8. 儿童隐私

本服务面向外勤拜访与商务/团队协作场景，不面向未满 14 周岁（或您所在司法辖区规定的更高年龄）的儿童。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。若您发现儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们将尽快删除。

本服务未设置强制 18+ 年龄门槛，但未成年人应在监护人指导下使用，并确保监护人同意本政策。

9. Cookie 与同类技术

我们使用 Cookie、本地存储与类似技术以：维持登录与访客会话、记住偏好、保障安全与基础运行。您可通过浏览器设置管理 Cookie；禁用后可能影响登录与部分功能。

10. 安全措施

我们采取合理的技术与组织措施保护个人信息，例如：传输层加密（HTTPS）、访问控制、会话凭证保护、密码哈希存储、最小必要权限等。但互联网环境并非绝对安全，请您妥善保管账号与设备。

Quanzhou Litai Bag Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “Company”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, transfer, and protect personal information when you visit fieldgogo.com, use the TRAVEL LOCATE web application, Android app, iOS app (including builds distributed via TestFlight), and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy, except where applicable law requires separate consent. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to features provided under TRAVEL LOCATE / fieldgogo.com, including without limitation:

• International route planning (Google Maps and related services);
• China domestic planning (Amap / Gaode Maps), switchable in-app with international planning;
• Team assignment, multi-user collaboration, and team rooms;
• Visit lists, call confirmation, status notes, photo check-in, route optimization, and export;
• Account registration and login, guest mode, feedback, and app update notices.

This Policy does not cover third-party websites or apps that operate independently (for example, Google Maps, Waze, or the Amap client opened after you tap navigation). Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information as needed to provide and improve the Service, depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant.

2.1 Information you provide / account information

• Account and identity data: display name, username, email address, phone number, password (stored using secure hashing; we cannot reverse it to plaintext), and identifiers/profile data obtained via Google Sign-In within the scope of your Google authorization.
• Phone OTP registration and login: when you register or sign in with a phone number, we collect and process your mobile number and send one-time verification codes via Alibaba Cloud SMS for authentication and account security. OTP messages are for verification only, not marketing. Rate limits apply: at least 60 seconds between requests and up to 5 requests per 10 minutes per number. Codes typically expire within about 5 minutes. Registration requires your consent to the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy.
• Guest mode: session identifiers (e.g., cookies / guest session) may store planning and visit-list data; after login, guest data may be merged into your account.
• Collaboration data: team name, captain name, invite codes, squad membership, member display names, room state, and progress-related information.
• Business content: visit lists, store names and addresses, phone numbers, notes, confirmation status, follow-up records, and content involved in export/sharing.
• Feedback and correspondence: information you submit through feedback forms or by contacting us.

2.2 Location information

• With your permission, we may collect precise or approximate location to fill search origins/centers, support nearby/along-route search, record check-in coordinates, and assist navigation-related features.
• We do not continuously track your location in the background when you are not using related features. Location is used primarily while you actively use those features (“while in use”).
• You may disable location permission in system settings; some features may then be unavailable.

2.3 Photos and media

• If you use photo check-in, we collect images you capture or upload, check-in timestamps, and optionally location coordinates when location permission is granted.
• Photos are uploaded to our servers as visit proof and for team progress/management.
• Individual photos are subject to a size limit (currently about 8MB). The app supports “re-check-in” to upload a new photo that replaces the photo shown in the visit list. The current version does not provide a standalone user control to permanently delete check-in photos. To request deletion, email the privacy contact listed in this Policy.
• Retention: There is no fixed automatic expiry period in the system. Photos and related records may remain stored until deletion is completed upon a verified request, account deletion procedures, or lawful operational cleanup. After re-check-in, the in-app displayed photo is updated; whether prior files are immediately removed from storage depends on technical and operational practices at the time.

2.4 Device, logs, and technical data

• Device type, OS, browser/WebView, app version, language, and time zone;
• IP address, access times, request paths, crash/error and security logs;
• Cookies, local storage, and session identifiers used for authentication, guest sessions, and preferences.

We do not currently integrate standalone third-party analytics/advertising SDKs (such as Umeng or Firebase Analytics). If we do so in the future, we will update this Policy and comply with applicable consent requirements.

2.5 Maps and search data

When you use international or domestic planning, inputs such as origins/destinations, keywords, search radius, and selected points of interest are processed to perform search, routing, and display, and may be transmitted to the relevant map providers (see Section 4).

3. How We Use Information

1. Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
2. Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, maintain sessions, and merge guest data;
3. Enable check-in, status management, team permissions, and progress views;
4. Provide support and respond to privacy/data requests;
5. Protect security, prevent abuse/fraud, troubleshoot, and investigate incidents;
6. Comply with legal obligations and lawful requests from authorities;
7. Perform aggregated or de-identified analysis to improve the product where permitted;
8. Communicate important service, security, or policy notices where appropriate.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing, Processors, and Third Parties

4.1 Service providers / platforms necessary for the Service

4.2 Collaboration sharing

If you join team collaboration or a team room, your display name, squad, assignments, visit progress, check-in and status information may be visible to the captain and other authorized members of that collaboration space.

4.3 Legal and safety

We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, or as necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, users, or the public.

4.4 Business transfers

In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to applicable law and continued protection commitments.

5. International Transfers and Storage

• Application servers and business data for the Service are located in Hong Kong, China.
• The operating entity is registered in mainland China (Quanzhou). Use of Google and other international services may involve processing outside Hong Kong.
• We take reasonable measures consistent with applicable law to protect personal information during cross-border transfers.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, taking into account business needs, account status, disputes, legal obligations, and security.

• Account and visit data: retained while your account remains active and you use the Service; after verified deletion/account closure requests, we delete or anonymize within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention.
• Check-in photos: no preset automatic expiry; see Section 2.3.
• OTP and security logs: typically kept for shorter periods for verification, security, and anti-abuse.
• Collaboration rooms: invite/room state may expire (e.g., around 24 hours); imported visit-list data remains subject to business-data retention rules.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, restrict processing, obtain a copy of certain personal information, and lodge complaints.

Current product capabilities: signed-in users can delete their account in-app under Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account, after typing「注销」and verifying with their login password or SMS code sent to the bound phone number. This permanently deletes the account, visit lists, check-in photos, and login bindings (including Google). Signing in again with the same Google account or phone creates a new account; previous data cannot be recovered. Standalone in-app deletion of individual check-in photos may still be unavailable—contact aetgearofficial@gmail.com if needed.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for field-visit and business/team collaboration use cases and is not directed to children under 14 (or a higher age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

The Service does not impose a mandatory 18+ restriction, but minors should use the Service only with guardian guidance and consent to this Policy.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain login/guest sessions, remember preferences, and support security and basic operation. You may manage cookies in your browser; disabling them may affect login and certain features.

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as HTTPS, access controls, protected session credentials, hashed passwords, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please protect your account and devices.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice via the app, website, or email. Continued use after an update constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy where permitted by law.
